Our Staff

Tammy Catt, R.D.A. 

Tammy is the Insurance and Billing Coordinator. Tammy is one of the first people you will see at Scarbrough Family Dentistry and can help you with any billing concerns you may have.   She joined the Scarbrough Family Dentistry group in 2001. She married her husband, Jody, in June 1995. They have two children; Conner and Lauren, and they love spending time outside together.
 

Madison Scarbrough

Madison is another one of the first people you will see at Scarbrough Family Dentistry. Madison graduated from Marion High School and graduated from The University of Arkansas and is a member of Marion First Baptist Church. Madison joined the staff at Scarbrough Family Dentistry in 2021. She married her husband Landon in December 2022. They enjoy spending time with their son, Sutton and 2 dogs, Tank and Brooks. 

Allie Clarke

Allie is also one of the first people you will see at Scarbrough Family Dentistry. Allie graduated from Marion High School and attended Arkasas State Univeristy. Allie joined the staff at Scarbrough Family Dentistry in 2011 and returned in 2025. She married her husband Ed in September 2011. They enjoy spending time with their daughters, Kyle and Hollis, and their Australian Shepherd, Bo. 

Pamela Scarbrough 

Pamela is the Marketing Manager. Her responsibilities include advertising, managing social media, promoting staff activities and presenting education on all new products. Pamela is a member of The Crossings Church. She married Dr. Scarbrough in 1995, and they have two sons. you can usually find her spending time on the lake at Heber Springs with family and friends or enjoying her favorite new title — Shug to her 1-year-old grandson, Sutton!

Natalie Collard, R.D.H.

Natalie is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She started working for Scarbrough Family Dentistry in 1997. Natalie loves taking care of her patients and giving them the best dental care possible. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee for Medical Sciences in 1997. Natalie is a member of New Beginnings Methodist Church. She is married to Jason and has three children; Sydney, Whit, and Grey. 

Reaghan Montgomery, R.D.H.

Reaghan is a Registered Dental Hygienist, and joined the Scarbrough Family dentistry team in 2013. She loves interacting with patients and getting to know them and their families. Reaghan is married to Micah and has 2 dogs. She loves to spend her weekends spending time with her nieces and nephews. 

 Heather Jackson, R.D.H. 

Heather is a Registered Dental Hygienist, and joined the Scarbrough Family Dentistry team in 1999. Heather loves taking care of her patients and giving them the best dental care possible. She graduated from Marion High School in 1992, Arkansas State University B.S. in Early Childhood Education in 1996, and Univeristy of Arkansas for Medical Sciences B.S. Dental Hygiene in 1999. Heather is married to Bradley and has a step-daughter Reece, and a golden doodle, Tucker. Outside of the office Heather enjoys playing tennis, cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. 

 Avery Thorne, R.D.H. 

Avery is a Registered Dental Hygienist and joined the Scarbrough Family Dentistry team in 2025. Avery graduated from Whtie Station High School, University of Memphis, and University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Dental Hygiene. Avery is married to RJ and they had their first child, Tripp, in 2026. Avery loves to spend time with family and friends.

Shannon Brown, R.D.A. 

Shannon is a valued member on the Scarbrough team. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and has over 25 years of orthodontic experience. While in her care, she strives to make her patients feel as comfortable as possible. This is her top priority. Shannon graduated from Marion High School and is a member of West Memphis First Baptist Church. She married in 1990 to Nathan, has two sons, Josh and Cody and one daughter, Haley. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Jennifer Cantu, R.D.A. 

Jennifer joined the Scarbrough Family Dentistry team in 2008. Jennifer is a Registered Dental Assistant and loves to assist with any orthodontic needs and has over 20 years of experience. She is married to Felix, and has one son, Cooper and 2 four legged fur friends, Lexi and Lucy. 

Cana Newsom, R.D.A.  

Cana joined Scarbrough Family Dentistry in 2016. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and loves treating every patient as a family member and not an ordinary patient. When Cana is not working she is usually spending time with her family and friends. Cana and her husband Jason, they have one son, John Luke and enjoy spending time with their four legged pups, Murphy and Pete. She is life-time member of Junior Auxiliary of Crittenden County and enjoys being involved in community activities. 

Cora Burton, R.D.A. 

Cora is a valued member on the Scarbrough team. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and joined our team in 2021. Cora graduated from Marion High School. She is married to Denver, they have one son, Wyatt. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

 

Adrenne Boone, R.D.A. 

Adrenne is a valued member on the Scarbrough team. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and joined our team in 2026. Adrenne graduated from West Memphis Christian School. She is married to Joey, they have twin boys, Denver and Leland. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
